Single Never Let Go diluncurkan menjelang debut anniversary BTS ke-11 atau FESTA 2024, yang diperingati setiap tanggal 13 Juni.
Lagu Never Let Go sama seperti lagu-lagu dalam album solo Jungkook yang bertajuk GOLDEN. Sepenuhnya menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Lagu itu mengusung genre pop dengan sentuhan dance dan tropical.
